'Senior Financial Abuse/Elder Care' focus of next breakfast forum

Area investment advisors, registered representatives, and trust officers are invited to join the law firm of Miller Canfield at an upcoming Before the Bell Breakfast Forum on Thursday, Oct. 20, from 7:15 to 8:30 a.m. at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham.
Miller Canfield lawyers will discuss elder abuse issues, both physical and financial, and ways to plan and protect. Richard J. Siriani will discuss pending Michigan legislation impacting elder abuse issues. David M. Thoms will provide information on the proper uses of estate planning techniques to defend against financial abuse.
Space is limited and advance registration is required. There is no cost to attend.
