The Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan, presented its 2011 State of the Court Luncheon on Thursday, Sept. 22, at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit.
U.S. District Court Chief Judge Gerald E. Rosen (center) provided the annual state of the court address.
