The 2012 Women’s Advisory Commission for Oakland County will host a special public meeting on Thursday Feb. 16, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Executive Office Building #4 in the Conference Center located at 2100 Pontiac Lake Road in Waterford, Michigan (across from Oakland Schools).
The topic of discussion will be “How Women’s Heart Problems Differ From Men.” The special guest speaker will be Dr. Rasha N. Bazari who specializes in cardiovascular disease at Beaumont Hospital. She will give tips explaining “How to Preserve A Healthy Heart” and share other valuable insight on cardiovascular disease.
The free event is open to the public and questions will be welcomed.
