'All Things Child Support' offered by OCBA, May 22

The Oakland County Bar Association's Family Court Committee will present "All Things Child Support" on Tuesday, May 22, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.
Seminar topics include:
* Opting In and Out of the Friend of the Court.
* Imputation of Income/Unexercised Ability to Earn.
* Child Support Formula.
* Retroactive Child Support.
* Life-Style Audit v. Income Reported.
* Deviation of Support.
* Dependency Exemptions.
* Enforcement Remedies.
* IRS and Tax Related Issues.
The cost to attend for OCBA members who pre-register is $90; $120 for non-OCBA members who pre-register; and $65 for OCBA new lawyer members who are pre-register. OCBA members paying at the door will be charged $120; $160 for non-OCBA members paying at the door; and $85 for OCBA new lawyer members walk-ins.
