Judge issues gag order in slain teens' case

DETROIT (AP) -- A gag order has been issued in the case of two men charged with stripping the car of two suburban teenagers whose bodies later were found in a Detroit field. The Wayne County prosecutor's office says 36th District Court Judge Deborah Lewis Langston issued the order last Thursday. It prevents prosecutors and defense attorneys from publicly commenting on the case. Forty-year-old Larry Anderson and 39-year-old Casey Green are charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and obstruction of justice. They were arrested after Jacob Kudla's car was found in a west side alley. The bodies of the 18-year-old Kudla and 17-year-old Jourdan Bobbish were found July 27. Both had been shot. They were last seen July 22 after visiting Kudla's uncle in Detroit. No one has been charged in their slayings. Published: Mon, Aug 13, 2012
