The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law’s Criminal Trial Clinic presented guest speaker Tom P. Casselman (center) discussing his book “I Talk You Walk—40 Years of Winning Defense Strategies” on Thursday, Oct. 4.
Casselman, of Casselman & Henderson PC in Marquette, has been defending criminal defendants in the U.P. for 47 years. He wrote the book with his wife who is his investigator. The book features 28 short stories each covering a different aspect of criminal law in an entertaining manner.
