Veterans Law Series takes place during November
The Oakland County Bar Association's (OCBA) Veterans Law Committee will present its "Introduction to Veterans Law Series" on Mondays during the month of November from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.
Topics and dates include:
* Veterans Law Introduction on Monday, Nov. 1.
* Veterans Employment and Consumer Issues on Monday, Nov. 8.
* VA Veterans/Widow Pension on Monday, Nov. 15.
* Project Salute Training on Monday, Nov. 29, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The cost for the series is $105 for OCBA members who pre-register and $140 for non-OCBA members who pre-register; individual seminar pre-registration is $45 for OCBA members and $60 for non-OCBA members. The cost for individual seminars for those registering at the door are $60 for OCBA members and $80 for non-OCBA members. The Project Salute Training is free of charge, however pre-registration is requested.
