For the past several years, Resnick Law in Bloomfield Hills has been donating holiday gifts for youths who are in foster homes or institutional care through the Oakland County Department of Human Service.
“We are provided a wish list of children ranging from birth to 18 years old and the people in our suite, which includes other attorneys and their support staffs, purchase gifts from the wish list,” said Marla Jacobs, office manager for Resnick Law.
“This year there were 10 children on the list with multiple gifts requested for each child, including toys and clothes, and the suite successfully provided all the gifts for the children.”
Among those who contributed to the worthy cause were (clockwise from bottom left) Caroline Garmo, Henry Gornbein, Sandy Cowan, Sue Krol, Timothy Orlando, Angela Soderberg, H. Nathan Resnick, Kirk Falvay, Alisa Peskin-Shepherd, Melvyn Goldstein, Joan Abdelnour, Bryan Schefman, Helen Levine, Bianca Yousif, and Marla Jacobs.
