Immigration judge to address Rochester Bar

The Rochester Bar Association (RBA) will host a lunch meeting on Thursday, Jan. 24, from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Rochester Mills Beer Company, 400 Water Street in Rochester.
Guest speaker will be retired Senior U.S. Immigration Court Judge Elizabeth A. Hacker
