The Oakland County Bar Association’s Employee Benefits and Employment Law Committee presented “Health Care Reform: Is Your Business Prepared?” on Tuesday, Feb. 26, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.

“This seminar will cover what employers need to know about changing their health plans, compliance requirements, reporting requirements, and penalty taxes for failure to provide coverage which complies with the act,” Granadier noted.
