History Skills Workshop Series offered in Lansing
The Historical Society of Michigan (HSM) is proud to announce its History Skills Workshop Series for 2013. Covering a wide spectrum of topics, these half-day workshops will explore everything from volunteer management to textile conservation. Attendees will gain skills that can be applied in their local museums, historical organizations, and/or personal collections.
All workshops are scheduled on Fridays from 9 a.m. to noon at the HSM Main Office at 5815 Executive Dr. in Lansing. Registration is $39 for members of--or those representing a member organization of--the Historical Society of Michigan. For non-members, registration is $79 and includes a one-year HSM membership. Refreshments and materials are included with registration.
