'SEC's New Focus on the Municipal Market' to be discussed at forum
Area investment advisors, registered representatives and trust officers are invited to join Miller Canfield for an update on "The SEC's New Focus on the Municipal Market" on Thursday, June 20.
This Before the Bell Breakfast Forum will take place from 7:15 to 8:30 a.m. at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham.
Miller Canfield lawyers Amanda Van Dusen, leader of the Public Law and School practice groups, and Jerry Rupley, leader of the Higher Education practice, will discuss the increased focus on the municipal market by the SEC, MSRB, FINRA, and the CFTC.
