The Rochester Bar Association (RBA) hosted a lunch meeting featuring guest speaker Tom Winterhalter (second from right) of the FBI Cybercrime Division.
He spoke on “Cybercrime in Michigan and the U.S.” at Rochester Mills Brewing Company on Thursday, Oct. 24.
