Legal Aid and Defender to conduct free family law workshop, Feb. 4

Legal Aid and Defender Association Inc. (LAD) will conduct a free workshop for residents of Wayne, Macomb, and Oakland counties on family law in Michigan courts on Tuesday, Feb. 4, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Youth Activity Room of Royal Oak Public Library, 222 E. 11 Mile Road in Royal Oak.
Topics will include divorce procedures and requirements, division of marital assets, spousal and child support, custody and parenting time, and guardianship of minors.
Registration is not required, but seating is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
