Lawsuit Financial has launched the Adopt-a-Family program, a plan that matches families up with attorneys (who have not represented them) who wish to donate gifts for the holiday season.
The holiday season is supposed to be a joyous time for all. However, for thousands of injured plaintiffs who find themselves in pain, unable to work or pay their bills, it takes on different meaning: heartbreak. With the help of the Michigan Association for Justice, Lawsuit Financial is working hard to help make these injury victims’ holidays a little bit brighter. The two organizations have teamed up to assist such families.
“Having an injured family member is difficult enough,” explains Mark M. Bello, an attorney and also the company’s founder and CEO. “When you add to it the financial stress of the holiday season, it’s almost like suffering through the injury again. We want to help. So even if it’s in the smallest way, we want to make these families’ lives easier. Our Adopt-a-Family program is a great place to start. We are excited and honored that the Michigan Association for Justice has joined us for what we believe will truly make a difference in the lives of many families this holiday season.”
The Adopt-a-Family program pairs attorneys with plaintiffs they’ve never met. Families complete a wish list, which is then shared with their attorney match.
