The Michigan Supreme Court is scheduled to hear oral arguments Nov. 4 and 5 on the sixth floor of the Michigan Hall of Justice beginning at 9:30 a.m. The cases involve a wrongful discharge claim, contract and tort claims, medical malpractice, criminal issues, felony conspiracy, and prevailing party attorney fees.
Oral arguments are open to the public.
