The Detroit Chapter of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists hosted a meeting on “International eDiscovery” on Thursday March 24, at the Southfield offices of Stout Risius Ross. Speaking at the meeting was Olivia Gerroll (third from right), vice president, senior consultant of D4 Discovery.  Welcoming Gerroll to the meeting were (left to right) Tom Isaacs, Beth Trudell, Penny Jones, Denise Bach, and Barbara Bennett.  “Today we will be talking about global and international cross-border discovery challenges—the issues around data privacy, issues around jurisdiction, and different laws around the world,” Gerroll noted.
