The Oakland County Bar Association’s Juvenile Law Committee concluded its Fundamentals of Juvenile Law – Year 10 brown bag lunch lecture series with a “State of the Law” presentation on Thursday, Oct. 13, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Lecture moderator Melinda Deel (left) of Melinda N. Deel PLLC was pleased to present guest speaker Ryan Deel, judicial staff attorney to Oakland County Probate Court Judge Linda S. Hallmark, who spoke on case law and statutory updates regarding child welfare and juvenile delinquency.
