Three federal judges took part in a September 7 program titled “Moments of Success: Trial Techniques & Tips” at Wayne State University Law School’s Spencer M. Partrich Auditorium in Detroit. The event, hosted by the Michigan Employment Lawyers Association and the Oakland County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Committee, included a panel discussion featuring U.S. District Court Judges Terrence Berg, Nancy Edmunds, and Stephen Murphy III. The judges discussed “how to navigate the road to success, mishaps they have witnessed, and recommended practices from their perspective behind the bench,” according to Nicholas Huguelet, senior attorney with Nemeth Law.
