The Oakland County Bar Association’s Criminal Law Committee continued its criminal law seminar series on Tuesday, Sept. 18, at the OCBA offices in Bloomfield Hills. Speaking on “Accident Reconstruction Reports in Criminal Cases” was Tim Robbins (right) of M-CRASH Group LLC. Happy to welcome Robbins to the seminar was Merri Lee Jones (left), OCBA professional development director. Robbins is a traffic crash reconstruction specialist with more than 900 hours of traffic crash investigation training, including automotive electronics and brake systems. He has been involved in more than 500 crash investigations and reconstructions and has testified as an expert (both in court and deposition) more than 70 times since 1999. Robbins discussed the process of investigating traffic accidents, creating a reconstruction report, and examining the expert witnesses in these cases.
