The American Constitution Society at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law hosted former U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade September 18 for a discussion on the “Mueller investigation and the tools of the federal prosecutor,” according to Bridget Underhill, president of the local chapter of the ACS. McQuade, who now teaches at the University of Michigan Law School, recently was featured on MSNBC in August discussing the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, and also regularly appears on “The Rachel Maddow Show” on the cable network. McQuade also wrote an article in July for The Daily Beast, detailing “The Strategy Mueller Is Using to Protect His Investigation.”
