A seminar titled “Navigating Michigan’s Employment Laws” was hosted by the Detroit office of Jackson Lewis on Tuesday, June 18, at the Detroit Athletic Club. The program addressed the following topics: Managing Michigan’s New Laws and Designing Employee PTO Programs; Separating Fact from Fiction in Today’s Marijuana Environment; and Arbitration and Non-disclosure Agreements.
