The Italian American Bar Association of Michigan will present its annual Justinian Night on Wednesday, July 24, beginning at 6 P.m. at Cantoro Trattoria, 1659 E. Big Beaver in Troy.
Macomb County Circuit Court Judge Joseph Toia will be honored during the evening.
