As of Monday, April 13, Oakland County Circuit Court has expanded the e-Filing program to include Criminal cases and additional Domestic Relations cases.
While e-Filing documents associated with these cases is not mandatory at this time, it is recommended by the bench.
In addition to the current e-Filed cases, which include all Civil and Divorces Without Children (DO), the case types below will be added:
• Criminal– FC, FH, FJ, cases from 2017 forward
• Domestic (including case initiation)– DC, DM, DP, DS, DZ, cases from 2015 forward
• Misc. (including case initiation) – ID, cases beginning 4/13/2020
