The Michigan Defense Trial Counsel (MDTC) will present three upcoming winter webinars on “Mastering the Craft: Winning Methods in the Dying Art of Trial Advocacy.”
Part 1 will take place Friday, October 2, from noon to 1:30 p.m. via Zoom. Topics include:
• GameTime: The Preparation & Challenges with Online Legal Proceedings—Amy M. Stewart, of Stewart Law Group, Dallas, TX, details her unique experience and the lessons learned from presenting a case in the first ever Zoom summary jury trial.
• Lessons Learned and Unlearned: My First Virtual Trial—Michael J. Bowe, of Brown Rudnick, New York, NY, will expand on critical considerations for virtual trial presentations.
The webinar will conclude with a Q&A session.
