The Oakland County Bar Association’s biennial Circuit-Probate Court Bench/Bar Conference will take place in the virtual realm on Friday, March 19, from 8 a.m. to noon.
The conference provides judges and attorneys the opportunity to interact outside the courtroom in an informal, solution-oriented environment. Attendees will gain insights to enhance their legal practice and build congeniality between the bench and the bar.
This year’s keynote address, titled “Flourishing in the New Normal,” will be presented by Dr. Elissa P. Benedek of the University of Michigan Department of Psychiatry; Dr. Mary Spence of Livingston Psychological Services; and Christian Wiesenberg of Fidelis Law, PLLC
