Changes to summaries with the ADR clerk

Effective April 1, summaries served on the ADR clerk can no longer be sent through MiFILE e-service and instead must be emailed to ADR@oakgov.com. Evaluators will access their summaries through a shared folder provided by the ADR clerk. Parties may continue to e-serve summaries through MiFILE on parties listed as service contacts or serve pursuant to MCR 2.107.

Attorneys should refer to their Case Evaluation Notice and Summary Guidelines online at www.oakgov.com/courts/circuit/ce for further instructions. To avoid a late fee, summaries must be served by 4:30 p.m. 14 days in advance of hearing date.
