'Critical Conversation: Pipeline Programs and COVID-19' offered April 8

The next program in the State Bar of Michigan's Critical Conversation series will focus on pipeline resources and the COVID-19 pandemic. "Critical Conversation: Pipeline Programs and COVID-19" will be presented Thursday, April 8, beginning at noon.

Anyone involved with a program that helps young people considering a legal career should join for this discussion and resource-sharing opportunity. Whether organizations pivoted to virtual events or put a program on hold during the pandemic, the SBM is bringing stakeholders from across Michigan together to share lessons learned and strategize about how to move forward with this crucial work. This one-hour discussion will be held via Zoom and feature a panel of experts and an open forum for participants.

The Critical Conversation series was developed by the State Bar of Michigan's Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee to raise awareness about aspects of the justice system that disproportionately affect certain groups.
