The Jewish Bar Association of Michigan (JBAM) will present a virtual discussion on “Intellectual Property in the COVID Era” beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 12.
Speaking at the online discussion will be Kenneth I. Kohn of Kohn & Associates PLLC and Avery N. Goldstein of Blue Filament Law PLLC. They will address such questions as:
• Are vaccines patentable?
• Who owns the rights when companies collaborate?
• How does the Defense Production Act come into play?
Attendees are welcome to bring their own questions for the expert speakers.
