The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) will host its 76th Annual Banquet, titled "History Has Its Eyes on You," on Saturday, September 18, from 5:30 to 11 p.m. at Ford Field, 2000 Brush St. in Detroit.
During the event, MAJ will be honoring and celebrating:
• MAJ President Ronald K. Weiner
• Immediate Past President Donna M. MacKenzie
• MAJ Past President Scott A. Goodwin-2021 Champion of Justice Award
• Michigan Court of Appeals Judge Amy Ronayne Krause-2021 Judicial Excellence Award
• Wayne County Circuit Court Judge David J. Allen-2001 Judicial Excellence Award
• MAJ member Morrison Zack-MAJ Special Service Award
• Michigan Attorney General Dana M. Nessel-2021 MAJ Women's Caucus Award of Excellence
Banquet tickets include cocktail reception, dinner, and afterglow hosted by New Lawyers Division featuring live music by Still Rain. Cost is $275 for individuals and $3,000 for tables of 10. Sitting judges can attend for free.
