The Young Lawyers Section and the Children’s Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will present the webinar “Recognizing Education Law Issues in Juvenile Law Cases” Wednesday, September 15, from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. via Zoom.
A juvenile attorney, whether practicing in delinquency or family court, may unknowingly come across situations where a client’s education rights may be violated, or at the very least not being fully enforced. This webinar will offer a discussion on education law, including identifying education law issues in practice and when to seek consultation from an education law attorney.
