These are positive statements which have helped me over the years during my times of meditation. Hope you will find them helpful ...

Everyone needs consistent affirmation.
God is always loving to everyone.
Condemning and judging others helps no one especially the one doing the condemning and judging.

Always be kind to everyone.
Speak only in a loving and warm tone.

Religion is for the purpose of helping a person experience God.
Life is meant to be a continual experience of God.
The more I reach out to others in loving words and actions, the more I experience God.
Do not rush to the next moment.
Life happens only in this present moment.
It is in this moment that God can be found.
Anger is a defense against deeper feelings which must be embraced.
Pain, honestly embraced becomes the door to inner peace.
You cannot heal what you don’t allow yourself to feel.
Healing comes from embracing my feelings.
There are no unimportant moments in life.
Letting go of judging and condemning others puts me in a positive mood.
Quiet time in daily meditation helps me to become more receptive to God.
God is always loving and always embracing me.
Only in God is my soul at rest.
No one has to change for me to find happiness.
Only Love can overcome negativity.
I must stay in my heart. Then my head will follow.
Never let life be an analysis, paralysis. Let it always be pouring more love into the world.
Having a quiet time each day to rest in God is profoundly helpful.
It is important to embrace my powerlessness, brokenness and absolute need for God.
Inner freedom and peace is the result of embracing my need for God.
I don’t need to change anyone but I can bring love to anyone in my presence.
In my awareness of experiencing God in this present moment, I become fully alive.
We are all on this journey called life. See goodness in everyone and everything.
Inner joy is the result of gently embracing the present moment with Holy Receptivity.
God is always found in this present moment.
Life is always meaningful and profound when I am turned toward God.
Stay positive, refrain from negative words and negative thinking. An inner freedom and peace will be the result of a positive, loving attitude towards everyone and everything.
Gratitude helps me to see goodness everywhere.
No matter what happens to me, God is always present who brings me inner peace and joy.
