MDTC to look at on 'Reptile Tactics' December 8

The Michigan Defense Trial Counsel (MDTC) will host a webinar titled "The Scales of Justice Are Not Always Even: Reptile Tactics" on Wednesday, December 8, from noon to 1 p.m.

The Reptile Theory is commonly used by plaintiff lawyers in all forms of litigation. Whether during a deposition or at trial, when effectively used the Reptile Theory will frustrate the defendant, defense witnesses, and defense counsel. Moreover, during litigation Reptile Tactics are usually subtly introduced making them difficult to identify until it is too late. This session will discuss the Reptile Theory, how to identify it early, how to proactively defend against it, and (in certain instances) how to use the Reptile Theory to the defendant's advantage.

Registration for the webinar is free for MDTC members and $35 for non-members. To register, visit www.mdtc.org and click on "MDTC Events" under "Press Center." Anyone with questions can all MDTC at 517-627-3745.
