The Association of Corporate Counsel, Michigan Chapter, will present the Virtual Social Event “In Our Own Voice: African-American Art” on Thursday, December 16, from 4 to 5 p.m.
This final ACC-MI event of the year is generously sponsored by Brooks Kushman. ACC-MI has partnered with the Detroit Institute of Arts to bring a memorable virtual presentation. “In Our Own Voice: African American Art” will enhance the awareness of the creative contributions of African Americans from the 19th century through the present day. This talk will provide a lens to examine issues of race, gender, politics, and culture. With ACC-MI’s emphasis on ensuring Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in all areas of the association, it is proud to end the year with this event.
