The Michigan Judicial Institute (MJI) is offering two webinars for district court probation officers.
The "New District Court Probation Officers Webinar" will take place Wednesday, December 15, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. via Zoom.
This webinar is for new probation officers-primarily those hired within the last two years and who have not previously attended the new probation officers seminar-and will focus on:
• Ethics, Confidentiality, the State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) Manual for District Court Probation Officers, and the Role of the Probation Officer
• Due Process
• Understanding the Nature and Dynamics of Domestic Violence
• Michigan State Police LEIN Overview
