As part of its ongoing commitment to promote diversity within the legal profession, Warner Norcross + Judd LLP is now accepting applications for the Diversity Law Scholarship Program.
The Diversity Law Scholarship Program provides students of color with financial assistance to offset the educational costs of earning a law or paralegal degree. The firm awards $5,000 to a law school student and $2,000 to a paralegal student or $1,000 to a legal secretarial student. Applications are due March 1. Grand Rapids Community Foundation administers and awards the scholarships.
To be eligible for the Diversity Law scholarship, applicants must be accepted to or attending a Michigan law school, be a Michigan resident attending an accredited law school in the U.S. or be a Michigan resident majoring in paralegal or legal secretarial studies in an accredited program.
