The Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan's Violence Against Women Project will offer a lunchtime webinar looking at the "Holmes Youthful Trainee Act (HYTA) Applicability in SA/IPV Cases" on Friday, March 25, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
The webinar will feature a discussion on the most recent version of the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act (HYTA) and its application to crimes of violence against women, including criminal sexual conduct, domestic violence, stalking and others.
This training satisfies 1.0 hours of continuing legal educations for purposes of PAAM's Best Practices Recommendation.
