The State Bar of Michigan's Cannabis Law Section will conduct its "Spring Training" on Thursday, April 28, from 8 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. at the Kensington Hotel, 3500 S. State St. in Ann Arbor
The training's schedule will include:
• 8 to 9 a.m. Coffee and registration
• 9 to 10 a.m. CRA Update from Director, Andrew Brisbo
• 10 to 10:15a.m. Break
• 10:15 to 11:45 Legislative Rules Committee Panel
• Lunch Break
• 1 to 2 p.m. MRA Enforcement inspections, Brian Hanna
• 2 to 2:15 p.m. Break
• 2:15 to 4:20 p.m. John Janiszewski and Kristina Araya
• Compliance conferences/ negotiation.
• Contested case hearings and strategies in different types of MRA proceedings.
• Appellate review of administrative proceedings.
