Program looks at 'Evolving Needs of Law Firms' May 25

The Association of Legal Administrators, Metropolitan Detroit Chapter, will host a program on "Evolving Needs of Law Firms-Emotional Workplace" Wednesday, May 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Prime 10, 15600 W. 10 Mile Rd. in Southfield.

Presenter Eric Stavola, of Ricoh (program sponsor), will discuss the emotional aspects of work: culture, well-being, social capital, and trust. Stavola has more than 20 years of experience in implementing state-of-the-art technology-based business systems and customer-friendly processes while reducing costs, boosting employee morale and lowering turnover in under-performing organizations. He brings an extensive track record of developing successful growth and digital transformation strategies for businesses. Prior to joining Ricoh, Stavola was the CIO for a regional professional services company on the west coast.

Stavola earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of the Pacific in Stockton California. For graduate studies, he earned two master's degree in Education/Coaching and Computer Information Systems. Stavola has had multiple articles published in Technology and Digital transformation.
