Life is lived only in the present moment.
Tension comes from avoiding the awareness and embrace of the present moment.
No person will be the source of my happiness or peace.
Life should be lived only one moment at a time.
The experience of this moment becomes an experience of God.
Do not invest emotional energy into how other people should be.
Invest emotional energy in simply being loving and kind to others.
Negative thinking turns me away from peace.
When I speak negatively, I run from my best self and turn away from God's Peace.
The more loving I am toward everyone and everything, the more I will experience the Source of Love and Peace.
It is never what happens to me that is the problem. It is in how I embrace what happens to me that I will discover inner peace.
Inner peace is the result of living reflectively and lovingly in the present moment.
Kindness and Love toward everyone opens my heart to joy.
I can make my corner of the world better by the kindness and love I bring to others and to the present moment.
Whenever I become anxious, I am avoiding the embrace of this moment.
Never live in the past and never rush to the future. Stay gently, lovingly and reflectively in this moment.
Be gentle, quiet and reflective.
Reserve quiet time each day to pray, meditate and experience God.
Each present moment becomes a door opening up to God.
The genuine experience of life happens in this moment. So does the genuine experience of God.
The focus and embrace of this moment are so easy to forget and avoid.
Joy and internal peace will happen when I stay in this moment with first my heart and then my mind.
Don't rush through life,
Walk slowly through life.
Never avoid pain that surfaces but always embrace it.
The embrace of our tears and painful feelings becomes a door opening up to God.
We are only fully alive in this present moment.
Life becomes simple and meaningful when I stay in this present moment.
God is discovered only in this moment. Peace is experienced only in this moment.
Life is so simple but so easy for us to complicate life.
Stay simple, humble, loving and reflective in this present moment.
Life is short. But the present moment brings us into an experience of eternal love and peace.
Remember, life, love and God are always in the now.
It is in the now of this moment that inner peace will come to us. But I must gently and slowly embrace this moment.
