The State Appellate Defender Office’s Project Reentry will presents the 2022 Holiday Hangout on Saturday, December 17, from noon to 2 p.m. at SADO Detroit, 3031 W. Grand Blvd, Suite 450, in Detroit.
Members of the reentry community will come together to hang out, reflect after a couple of challenging years, and of course, to participate in the annual ugly sweater contest. The sweater is optional, but the ugliest sweater wins a prize.
SADO launched Project Reentry (PR) in 2016 in response to the unique and immediate needs of Michigan’s juvenile lifers. The PR team works in coordination with SADO attorneys and staff.
