'Special Immigrant Juvenile Status' explored in webinar

The Michigan Judicial Institute (MJI) is pleased to offer the webinar "Special Immigrant Juvenile Status: The Role of State Courts" on Wednesday, October 11, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.

How do findings and orders regarding the care, custody, and placement of an immigrant child impact their eligibility for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status? This webinar will explore what is the Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and the role of Michigan state courts in the process.
