'Cultural and Social Awareness in Trademark and Branding' examined by MIPLA

The Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA) will host a virtual event on Tuesday, November 14, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. via Zoom. Speaker Caleb Green will discuss “The Importance of Cultural and Social Awareness in Trademark and Branding.”

Green is an Intellectual Property Strategist and Technology attorney in the Dickinson Wright Las Vegas office. His experience revolves around trademark prosecution, intellectual property litigation and enforcement, and intellectual property management. Green is an avid speaker on topics corning intellectual property law, and is a regularly presenter for the International Trademark Association (INTA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the National Bar Association (NBA).
