New Lawyers join the bar
The Oakland County New Lawyers Admission Ceremony was conducted on Friday, May 31, in the Oakland County Commissioners Auditorium at the Oakland County Courthouse in Pontiac. Attorneys who passed the February bar exam were sworn into the State Bar of Michigan during the ceremony.
New attorney Laura Norris (left) had the encouragement of her mom Debbie Norris (right) at the ceremony.

Sarah Degel (left) proudly watched as new attorney Nicholas Degel (right) was sworn in.
Attorney Dan Smith (right) took the oath to join the State Bar of Michigan after practicing in Florida for 15 years. Happily supporting Smith at the ceremony was Katie Smith (left).
