MiFILE system adds 13 more courts in June

MiFILE added 13 more district and probate courts to the statewide e-filing system in June, the State Court Administrators Office recently announced. MiFILE allows attorneys to file documents with courts electronically, which makes it easier to access to courts, provides more flexibility, and increases court efficiency.

The courts adopting MiFILE in June included:

• 22nd District Court – Wayne
• 35th District Court – Wayne
• 64a District Court – Ionia
• 73b District Court – Huron
• 97-2 District Court – Houghton
• 97-3 District Court – Keweenaw

—Thursday, June 27
• Luce Probate
• Mackinac Probate
• Houghton Probate
• 3a District Court – Branch
• 38th District Court – Macomb
• 44th District Court – Oakland
• 88-2 District Court – Montmorency
