Court seeks attorneys for representation of juveniles, indigent

Oakland County Circuit Court, the second largest circuit court for the State of Michigan, is accepting applications for attorneys to represent youth in juvenile delinquency matters, youth and indigent parents in child protection cases and appeals, respondent fathers in paternity actions, children and adults subject to adoption proceedings, and individuals facing incarceration for violations of court orders.

Applicants must be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan and possess a valid email address.

Attorneys are no longer required to live or have an office in Oakland County to qualify for the roster list.
