The Michigan Judicial Institute in collaboration with the Friend of the Court Bureau is pleased to provide the webinar “What Jurists Look for in Custody and Parenting Time Reports” on Thursday, August 22, from 9 to 10 a.m. via Zoom.
The webinar will examine what judicial officers look for in friend of the court custody and parenting time investigation reports. From entry of the court’s order for investigation, to the judicial officer’s review of the report, the presenters will detail the applicable law and walk through the process and substance most useful for resolving cases and assisting the court with the decision-making process.
Speaking at the webinar will be Oakland County Circuit Court Referees Rebecca Decoster and Tyler Martinez.
