The Appellate Practice Committee of the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, will host an online Lunch & Learn program on “Sixth Circuit Appeals: Tips from the Clerk’s Office” Thursday, September 12, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
Kelly Stephens, clerk of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, will be speaking with Andrew Goetz, currently of Miller Johnson and formerly the appellate chief at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, about the nuts and bolts of Sixth Circuit practice.
