The Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, will host the 2024 Rom/Rakow/Historical Society Luncheon beginning at noon on Wednesday, November 13, at the Atheneum Hotel, 1000 Brush Street in Detroit.
Retired Judge Victoria Roberts will be this year’s Court Historical Society speaker. Roberts, joined JAMS in Detroit after 25 years of judicial service on the U.S. District Court bench for the Eastern District of Michigan. Prior to her long tenure on the federal bench, Roberts represented the United States, the State of Michigan, the Detroit Building Authority, the Economic Development Corporation for the City of Detroit, the American Motors Company, and individual plaintiffs and defendants in private industry.
