Oakland County Planning, Zoning, and Land Use will conduct a Virtual Planners Gathering on “Short Term Rentals” Wednesday, October 23, from 11 a.m. to noon via Zoom.
Short Term Rentals (STRs) are all the rage in resort communities, but they are also quite prevalent in rural, suburban and urban areas that do not cater to the vacation crowd.
Join us to hear how and why two Oakland County communities—Ferndale and Waterford Township—are addressing STRs.
Speaking at the program will be Kyle Bryce, senior planner, City of Ferndale; and Jeffrey Polkowski, director of Development Services, Waterford Township.
